Here is a Minecraft seed I really enjoy. It’s three small islands in the ocean and on one of the island you will find a tunnel go down deep underground. If you dig around you’ll find some diamonds, coal and iron, probably more things as well, but that’s some things I think will be quite easy to find. It’s also said to be a dungeon down there somewhere.
